Hey, I understand Blavity covers a vast amount of topics like the Black experience, the Black queer experience, fashion, movie reviews and their portrayal of Black characters. If hired to write with Blavity, would I be assigned to write on a specific content and a specific written form or is writing for you all like the Black experience- not monolithic at all?
