With the change from Ernst & Young to the refreshing EY brand, how has the company culture transitioned to attract up and coming college talent?

EY is all about building a better world. The firm is focused on a one team approach where they recruit for EY, and the goal is to build a rich and full pipeline of candidates by communicating the benefits and value of a career at EY. EY is always actively looking for diverse talent in every candidate while providing an inclusive experience for each one. One of the major focuses for recruiting college talent is to build a sense of community. The culture gives you the opportunity to do something special and that matters, which includes owning your career, shaping your future and ultimately being the leader that you want to be. I have close colleagues who were campus recruits and they enjoy the experience. The firm is committed to helping develop individuals and letting them make an impact. It matters when someone takes the time to talk to you about your career and actually make the investment to help guide you. Open door policy is not just a statement, it actually is something that is practiced.
